Does OBC credit show up under My Billing?

I know people are aways asking where does the OBC credit show up in My Cruise Manager and people always say it is on the invoice when you View Cruise Documents and Print General Information.

 

My question is does it show up under the My Billing Tab so you don't have to go into the View Cruise Documents to check? Or does it not show up until you Print General Information?

 

I'm waiting for credits to post from a FCC submitted at least a week ago and this would save a step if I knew it would be under My Billing.

You need to go all the way into print docs (although you do not have to actually print them to see it.

I've only gotten OBC once and that time it only appeared in the cruise docs, not anywhere on the web pages for your cruise. It should be on the "Invoice" sheet in your cruise docs.

Hmm...I have 2 cabins booked, both have OBC, and they are both showing on my cruise manager.

If I go into Manage My Cruise and click on my booking number I can scroll to the bottom and see my OBC under Booking Charge/Credit. I dont have to go into Print Docs or anything.

All bets are off if you are booked with a group. You may see the phrase "As Agreed To" etc. Should show up when your on board. Good Luck........

It show up on my billing page on my booking and it did on my last cruise as well

Thanks, they just processed mine today. So yes it does show in the My Billing tab and you don't need to View Cruise Documents.

 

Now I just have to wait for my credit card credit!
