We are staying at the Renaissance Harbourside Hotel which has a revolving restaurant on top. I imagine the view is great, but do you know anything about the food?

Thanks for your help!

spectacular. These places tend to be mostly tourists. Good view though! If you have time-go up to Grouse Mountain instead-AMAZING view and the food is good.Wonderful salmon. There are lots of activities up there and most weekends there are also para sailers that jump off the mountain.

Dear gf

That revolving restaurant has a limited view as the builidng is surruonded on 3 sides by taller buildings. i would suggest that you go down Hastings Street (that is the street the hotel is on) about 6 blocks to the Harbour Centre and enjoy a wonderful meal with a great view from the Revolving restaurant on top of the Harbour Centre http://www.vancouverlookout.com tells about the location and view from the top. The restaurant is actually on the level above the tourist viewing level. We take visitors there!

Also your hotel will be able to help you with directions and reservations.

Thanks for the info!

Ann, I looked at the website but saw no reference to the restaurant. Do you know if it has a website, and/or what is the dress code at the restaurant? Thank you!

Views come with the menu, by day or night, at the top of Harbour Centre, 553 feet above the city. Menu features a variety of steak, seafood and poultry dishes, including Pacific salmon, Dungeness crab, live lobster, rack of lamb and roast duck. International wine selection.

Address: 555 W. Hastings St. Vancouver BC

From the Lookout Website: The Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant is operated independently of The Lookout! Tower and can be reached via phone only at 604.669.2220.
