Amex Promo was a no brainer

For anyone who knows the answer..just booked one more to get the Amex promo but I did it online since NCL closes at 9pm on weekends. It showed up with the OBC, I did not get an email confrimation and it does not show on my NCL. I have never booked online before always through PCC anyone know how long it takes to get a confirmation? Hoping I did not screw this up.

Can Amex OBC be used in the casino?

No I tried calling CAS before making our Final Payment as We had already planned on paying the balance off with AMEX....They said Nope Sorry you cant apply the $500 OBC because of the deal they already gave us....

 

They were Nice enough though to try and figure it out....If We canceled our booking with CAS...Made a New one with the $500 AMEX OBC it ended up that We would still be paying almost $500 more than the deal they originally gave us...

 

But We still do have $250.00 OBC that was allowed during the original CAS booking...

 

 

Is this becuase you were already booked and paid deposit with another card --OR...does CAS not honor it at all :confused:
