I have not but after a ton of research and great recommendations both here and on tripadvisor we booked with Rome in Limo for our cruise this fall and they have been very responsive and helpful so far! We will be using them in three of our Italy ports.

I have used them. No problems. Our cruise did go down in price. We had to fpay a processing fee to get the lower rate. We still came out ahead.
