Cabin 1621 AQ Class

Hi wondering if anyone has anything to comment on this cabin. Is it noisy from engines or anything that you know of? Appreciate your input

Noise should not be a problem since you are on the aft end of the hump and their are suite cabins above you where as other AQ's mid-ship are directly under the pool deck. It's a great cabin location on the ship, near the elevators. You are right next door to the Celebrity Suites, so your stateroom attendant should be a good one.

We were a little farther down that corridor on Eclipse last November in 1638. A little far from the Spa, but great advantage noise wise to have cabins above and below (not many AQ cabins have that advantage) and little traffic down that corridor because there are no rear stairs, so only folks using that hallway are those going to their cabins. They do have musical entertainment down in the atrium area some evenings which you will hear for maybe a couple of hours since you are so close to the center elevators but it usually lasts less than 2 hours and is normally finished by 11 or earlier.

Just got off Silhouette in 1624, across the hall from you. No noise, perfect location and didn't even feel the motion of the ocean on sea days. Loved this ship. She's bright, clean and beautiful. We were sorry we had to leave her this morning.

Many thanks for your replies. Looking at the ship photo did look as if we wouldnt see forward because of the hump. My TA said this is the cabin we have been assigned and havent made final payment yet. Then I read all these posts about guarentee cabins and really dont understand it? I saw those huge smoke stacks and began to wonder. Feel more at ease now regards Liz
