Difficulties with on line check in - UK cruiser

Is anyone experiencing difficulties with the Celebrity on-line check in?

 

The site will not let me enter an English county or telephone number and I am therefore unable to proceed with the check in procedure. Although selecting the Celebrity UK site, I am automatically transferred to the US site.

 

Any help gratefully received!

You should enter "not applicable" (very top of the option list) as the US state and it should work. There is no need to enter a county once you have done this.

... and others have reported another thread that it will take UK telephone numbers but you cannot use the +44 or any spaces. It will, however, accept numbers starting with 0.
