Anyone know what happened to delay the expected arrival of Century to San Diego, April 05. Estimated 9 hours past scheduled arrival time.

Where did you learn this? It is not due in until mid day, since it drops off its passengers in Ensanada that morning and doesn't sail until midnight.

Scheduled arrival in Ensenada 2-3 am. Guests to be debarked from 7-9 am. Busses to San Diego and LA airports. Ship to arrive in San Diego 2 pm. Sailing is set for 11:59 pm.

That is why we decided on the 4/20 cruise. We have to fly in and didn't want to pay for an extra day's hotel with such a late boarding.

Original schedule called for 6 AM arrival in San Diego. My travel agent notified me of the delay. Presumably they were told this by Celebrity.

Did your TA not advised you that the Century would leave at 11.59 on the 5th?

She should have told you that the previus cruise ended in Ensenada Mexico and the PAX would be bussed back to San Diego.

Then the Century would sail without PAX to San Diego which is only a 2-3 hours.

Boarding will start about 3pm on the 5th.

You can check in and enjoy San Diego old town for a couple of hours.

The ship is now 1 day 11 hours from Ensenada so its on time.
