You can acquire your bottles in the MDR or Windjammer and take them anywhere you like :)

If you order for the dining room delivery, you can access from any dining venue, ie, WJ, Chops, etc. You can also take out of the dining room to your cabin or anywhere else on the ship. If you order to your cabin and you take a bottle to any dining venue or bar, you are supposed to be charged a $15 corkage fee. Some get charged; some do not. I wouldn't take a chance and I would order for the MDR.
