Legend Embarkation Time in NYC

I want to be there by noon. DH and rest of crew want to wait till 2PM. any thoughts on this and when is the EARLIEST time they let you on board?

As soon as the ship is ready boarding starts. That's way before 2. And once you board the fun begins. Why sit at home and wait?? Let the cruise start as early as possible. We usually arrive at pier by 11am.

What time does Carnival tell you to be there? Then that's the time.

 

Your talking about the NYC pier, It's one terminal, One way in/out. It's a mess when people arrive early and people are still trying to get off. This is not FL where there are many terminals.

2pm is when every one else will be arriving too. Beat the crowds head out before noon so you can be onboard by 2

I have been to NYC port a few times and have never had a problem. Luckily we are the only ship in port that day too. Yup- plan to be there by noon to start the parttttty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you may want to check out http://www.cruiseclues.com and type in the needed info. You'll see how many ships are in port. I checked out our date and there are 3 ships leaving NYC.
