A ? about Premium drink package

On Royal, we normally purchase two cases (24) 1 liter bottles of water for our cabin on a seven night cruise. How would this work on the Premium drink package? Can you order water for your cabin through this program?

 

Also, when you order a drink on the package, is there a receipt where you can add an extra gratuity if you so desire? I know that you pay the 15% up front but we do like to give an extra gratuity for good service.

The beverage programs do not include being able to order anything through room service. You can get the bottles of water one at a time at the bars and restaurants, and are free to take them to your room.

ALso you can ask for a zeroed out receipt so you can add a tip. Otherwise you don't get a receipt. If you like to tip extra it may be easier to carry a few dollar bills in the interest of making things go more quickly. Sometimes asking for a receipt seems to take quite a while.. I have no idea why.
