Trouble reaching Tahiti by email

Is anyone else having trouble getting people in FP to answer emails? I've been trying to set up a tour for the day we arrive in Tahiti and four different companies haven't responded at all. I'm wondering if the connection is down. It's been almost a week! Any suggestions?

I have found people answer when they feel like it.

Also their internet is very slow much of the time.

Keep trying but I would also consider possibly making a phone call.

Thanks for answering, Twin, I sent out the messages two to three weeks ago. I understand "island time" very well, but this is longer than expected, so I was worried that maybe a server was down or internet was lost. One operator had emailed me twice in March in a timely manner and then just dropped off the radar in April. :confused:
