That's the phone number that is listed on the form that's currently on Royal's website. Using the 1 prefix has been customary for dialing outside of your own area code.

 

If you're at a business, sometimes you need to dial 9 to get an outside line. Or maybe Royal's end is having problems.

I'm at home, strange never had a problem before from here.

 

I tried using the live chat on the royalcaribbean.com site.......they aren't there either.:eek:

Must be on RCI's end as I am having the same problem this morning. Tried three times and can't get through.

Just called Crown and Anchor and they gave me a Sales Department fax number, which she said they could handle it and it would actually be faster switching it over.

 

Here is the number and the fax went through........1-305-539-6014
