Directions to Gold Rock Beach?

How would you recommend getting to Gold Rock Beach? I know it's about a 45 min drive, how much is a taxi one way? Do they know where it is (I assume so, but just in case)? Will there be taxi's near by to take you back?

Directions above. I understand there are taxis that go there but be very careful... it is a good bit away from the port. Some rent a car.
