Zaandam in Miraflores Locks

Zaandam is just coming into the Miraflores Locks 2.28 Panama time.

Soon, she will be out of the canal and then head North to Alaska

It would be nice if they would change the camera angle so we could see them in the next set of locks. They used to do that but lately they don't seem to bother.

I was disappointed I missed Veendam transiting last week. I just went to watch Zaandam, and she wasn't in camera view.

Sail: Sorry you missed the Zaandam. We did have an unobsturcted view in the first lock for about 40 minutes and then she was gone. We were on the same cruise three years ago so it brought back lots of memories for me.

I would have enjoyed seeing Zaandam's transit. I'm sorry I missed it. Happy for you that you saw her.

 

We did a partial transit a few times including on Rotterdam last March. Those were wonderful cruises and I'd happily do it again. :)
