Disembarking in Vancouver from Island Princess

We're on the Island Princess in August on the Southbound to Vancouver, but will not be able to carry all our luggage for the self-disembark, so I'm trying to figure out approximately what time (assuming things go on time with the docking process) would we likely be assigned to depart since we've never sailed with Princess before and we don't have a flight to catch.

We would like to tour Vancouver for the day before taking the Amtrak evening train to Seattle.

Thanks for your help

Wendy
