Lil_miss_j87 Posted May 3, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 3, 2012 We are stopping off at puerto rico aspartame of one of our stops on our cruise. Some one advised us that we have to go through immigration and customs again, is this correct? If so what happens / what is the procedure? Just we are looking to book an excursion that day - with our holiday provider, and don't know how this all work? Any help/ advise would be appreciate :)

CruiserBruce Posted May 3, 2012 #4 Share Posted May 3, 2012 If that is where your cruise starts, there will be some Immigration activity at San Juan, as it is your first US port. It might take, total, an hour for everyone, but I suspect much will be addressed and prepared for by the ship prior to arrival, and not really take that long. If I were you, I would be expecting direction from the Front Desk as to exactly what you need to do.
