swmbo531 Posted May 5, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2012 Does anyone have the recipe for Holland America's Suncicle? We were just on the Maasdam and I enjoyed this drink very much. So much I forgot to as for the recipe. Please help!!!!
canadianbear Posted May 5, 2012 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2012 The only thing I could find was this article but it probably doesn't help you much. Sunny Poolside Delights: Guests looking for something to enjoy while sitting in the warm sun will find inspiration in the Poolside Delights menu. The Sunsicle delivers a taste of sunshine in a glass. The drink is made from vanilla rum with fresh orange, lemon and soda.
canadianbear Posted May 5, 2012 #3 Share Posted May 5, 2012 I also know somewhere on here is a list of recipes but I can never seem to find it easily...hopefully someone will provide the link or refresh my memory on how we can find recipes from HAL on here. I can't remember if it has drink recipes or not.
IRL_Joanie Posted May 6, 2012 #4 Share Posted May 6, 2012 I also know somewhere on here is a list of recipes but I can never seem to find it easily...hopefully someone will provide the link or refresh my memory on how we can find recipes from HAL on here. I can't remember if it has drink recipes or not. That is not a recipe I have yet... But just the name sounds delicious. I'd love to add it to my Cruise Critic Favorite Recipes Pages:) Joanie
canadianbear Posted May 6, 2012 #5 Share Posted May 6, 2012 I wonder if they will have it on the Zuiderdam on my 4 night Pacific Coastal that is coming up? If I remember, I will ask and try one! Joanie-do I ask for the recipe or do I just read on the menu what is in it?
IRL_Joanie Posted May 6, 2012 #6 Share Posted May 6, 2012 I wonder if they will have it on the Zuiderdam on my 4 night Pacific Coastal that is coming up? If I remember, I will ask and try one! Joanie-do I ask for the recipe or do I just read on the menu what is in it? It would be on the Drinks Pages on my Reciepes site which is here: Listed under Drinks (Bit I do not have it) http://abqreunion2008.com/Recipes/ I think if it is not on a menu card, or whatever they call the things that list the drinks (can you tell I am not a drinker:D) you could ask a bartender for it. cruisun Posted May 6, 2012 #7 Share Posted May 6, 2012 I Don't know the recipe but they will make it with vanilla vodka instead of rum which I prefer, yum:)
