Legal Guardians

We are legal guardians to my cousin who will be 7 at time of sailing. I have paperwork signed by a judge that says we are his legal guardians and have control over all decisions in his life, including travel. Will this documentation be all I need to bring with me as well as a passport for him?

I too have legal guardianship over my nephew, we first cruised with him when he was 9 and since he has been on 2 others with one coming up in a few days. I have the court papers that show we are his legal guardians, but have never been asked to show them. He has a passport as well. The first cruise we cruised with just birth certificates, without any problems. I always bring the court papers and now his passport and have never had a problem. Have fun on your cruise.
