Weather in Tahiti in August

Recommended Posts

Weather in Tahiti in August should be about the best bet of the year. Seasons are opposite there. It is late winter in Tahiti in August, and therefore not as how as their summer (which is our winter). Their rainy season is December, January, and February primarily, which are also their hottest months. In recent years, the rainiest and hottest time has been in December.

There are never any guarantees on weather. But for Tahiti, August is about as good a bet as there is.

Thanks,

Richard:) :) :)

We were there last year beginning August 20th. Our weather was perfect. No problem with humidity, high temperatures in the low 80's, lows about 70 at night and only a few short rain showers during our 2 1/2 weeks. Like Richard said, you never can tell for sure but your chances are very good for that time of year.
