Great! Checked and on one of mine it is not offered and on the other it is $70 more pp than what I paid. I have yet to see a price drop on the two cruises I have booked right now.:(

:( Same here... But happy someone got one, it keeps the hope alive :)

On Friday I was looking at a cruise out of San Juan. I saw today that everyone is talking about the Memorial Day Sale so I was glad I didn't book on Friday. I went to look at the new cheaper price and it had gone UP $25pp. Not much of a sale!!!:(

Our Nov cruise isn't listed:(

Question- If you booked Past Guest, can you still get price drops, or is that just for ES?

I booked past guest with early saver and got a price drop on 5/1/12.

I believe the ES benefit is that you can continue to get price drops AFTER your final payment has been made.

Anyone, please correct me if Im wrong.

if we volunteer to switch our rates from ES we owe $300...sure thing:rolleyes::rolleyes:

You don't have to switch your rates to get a price match. They just match the price and reduce your cruise fare (before final payment) or give you OBC (after final payment).

I checked mine and the price is a lot more than what I paid. But I also noticed a resident rate just showed up. It was only 60 more than what I paid, so a little closer but still not less than what I paid.

I am thinking about doing a cruise out of San Juan in Sept. and was so excited to see that there was a sale. However, when I went to see what the price for a suite would be there were none listed. Does anyone know why?

Sometimes certain cabins are not available for the sales. For example, we have a spa interior room booked. When I checked on the Memorial Day sale, the spa interior rooms were not available on the Memorial Day Past Guest sale rate, but they WERE available for the regular memorial day sale rate and the resident sale rate.

I have a B2B booked on Ecstacy in November.

First leg is an inside at the casino VIP rate (originally booked PG - casino rate was considerably less). Second leg is the same cabin at a PG rate and the balcony across the hall at the casino rate ($434 pp; I'm the only one who qualified for the casino rate so used that to book the balcony which will be a surprise for my DD and her new DH who are sailing for their honeymoon).

Checked the Memorial Day Sale - I can get another $30 drop on my solo inside on leg 1, and $40 on the double inside on leg 2. The balcony sale rate is higher than the VIP rate, so I'll leave that alone!

I was surprised that the rate was lower than the casino rate, because I thought that was a great rate. :D

I don't book ES because my sailing solo or with a companion is always up in the air, so this rate is very good for my situation.
