Bon Voyage

I have searched the Celebrity site all day and just cannont find the Bon Boyage gifts section.I know it's there, have found it before. Can anyone help me with the link? Would like to add OBC to our room and I think this is the only way to do it? Appreciate any help. Thank you.

If you go to the Home page of the site - on the bottom in dark grey is the section you are looking for. Under Travel Tools - then Give A Gift.

Call it in! I tried doing it online and it never went though- I called and spoke to a real person and it went though and I got the e-mail receipt.

I have always phoned this in too. It may not show right away when you board but within 24 hrs. Mine showed up first thing 2nd morning. I checked the Guest Services because it had not shown up when I went to my room but they had the record and it was the amount that I requested. On RCCL it was there right away on Allure and Oasis.

Call it in for sure! I checked my CC and was finally charged for the orginal purchase online but Celebrity had no record of it! I had to call my CC and get them to dispute the charge!

 

Their online system is the pits!
