I read in Frommer's (I think that's where) to rent a canoe at Pioneer Park and float down to the Pumphouse for Dinner. Has anyone done this? If so exactly how does this work? What is the time alotment. Also, what is the best way to get from Princess Lodge to Pioneer Park?

Also, recommendations for Restaurants in Fairbanks. Thanks.

There may be a hotel shuttle??? Otherwise cab. Without a car- your dining options are limited but the Pump House is a top choice. Don't know anything about the canoe??
