With all the questions about customer service I was just wanting some assurance our booking was ok. Oh well, gotta wait until tomorrow. It sure would be nice if they posted a bold message on their website when they plan to do system maintenance a few days beforehand like other websites do so those of us who frequent their website don't think there's something wrong at our end with our equipment. One would think it's common courtesy to do so. Or, instead of getting the old 'information is not available at this time' they could easily add "due to system maintenance and upgrades" - how about that?
