Mexico school holiday effect on in Galveston debarkation?

When is the annual Mexican school holiday; the week before Easter or the week after Easter, please.? I have read that a large numbers of non US citizens can cause delays in debarkation and RCI seems to have a problem with that in Galveston anyway. I am considering an April 20, 2014 on Navigator, but Easter is on that date. If the holiday is the week following Easter, I will not book that week.

It is usually the week before Easter. We got on this Easter and it seemed to go fairly smooth. We planned on arriving later than usual. Got to peir around noonish and was on board, waiting to get to our cabin by 12:45. They said there was 1500 Mexican Nationals on board that week.
