Upstairs? Downstairs? Decisions, decisions!

The Web Check-in service is giving me a choice of deck 2 or deck 3 for the main dining room seating on the Mediterannea. Looking at the deck plans, they seem to be identical but you can't always tell the advantages/disadvantages from a plan (e.g. I was upstairs on the QM2 and would have preferred downstairs).

Anything I should be aware of, please?

The 3rd. floor is not so large as 2nd., also you can look down into2nd. if you have a table by the railings. I prefer the lower (2nd.) and the noise level in the 3rd is much loader.
