HAL Venice Transfers

Does HAL offer a transfer (for a price, of course) from the pier in Venice to St. Mark's Square? If so, how much, is it for the entire time, per trip, etc? We are on the NA, with an overnight in Venice. I've read about the public transportation, but curious if HAL had anything just for their passengers. Thank you!

We didn't hear about any HAL shuttle boats when we were there. Just take the vaporetto at Piazzale Roma. There were no shuttle buses between the ship and P'le Roma either. We just took the People Mover for 1 Euro pp each way. Enjoy Venice! :)

When a cruise starts with an overnight, is the onboard time the next day the same as other ports (1/2 prior) or is it earlier due to the lifeboat drill, etc?

I don't recall what the on-board time was, but according to the cruise log our lifeboat drill was 4:15 of sailing day. I would guess as long as you're on board for that you're okay.
