can you use your certificate if you book one of those partially chartered theme cruises?

 

Like if a music group has a cruise and you must book thru the agency handling the details but are you still able to have Carnival apply the FCC and the OBC?

It really depends on how the TA handles it to be honest. There is not a yes or no answer, but my guess is probably.

 

I have booked some group cruises in a way thru a group TA where you pay in full up front and they cannot be used. I am proof that they cannot always be applied to all group bookings.

 

If you are not paying in full the way the TA is booking you, I would say 99% for sure you can use them.
