MTD on the Independence

Our extended family (6 adults and 5 kids) will be sailing on the Independence at the end of June and we have booked the MTD option.

 

I have read that it is advisable to book dinner times especially for the first couple of nights, however the maximum number we could book on the website is 10. Our travel agent then went through to RCI to book with them direct and they advised that the best they can do is 2 x tables of 6.

 

Does anyone know if they will be able to make a plan so we can get a table for 11 once we are an board as 2 tables is obviously not ideal? We have cruised together as a family on other cruise lines and have never had a problem - although, this was with Traditional dining.

I'm sure they will add an extra chair to a 10-top. Just book for 10....you can make your reservations the "day of", if you'd rather.
