Liarsville on my own?

Is it possible to do Liarsville on my own or do I have to take the Princess Tour? I like the "best of Skagway", but my kids are not 16. We were thinking about booking the train on our own (because if it is cloudy, you can get your money back -10%) and doing Liarsville. The only combo tour offered thru Princess is the gold fever+train and I don't think the kids would like it as much. (ages 12 and 9) Any suggestions? Thanks.

I talked to Scot at Liarsville yesterday - very helpful!. We are renting car and driving to Carcross, will stop at Liarsville on way back. He told me it's definitely open to everyone, even tho most people come on some type of tour, you can still do on your own. He told me to call next week when they open for the season (May 10) and I will be able to get the show time schedule. The phone is 907-983-3000. I didn't ask prices.
