suekay Posted June 11, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2012 Last year we went on the Christian tour of north Israel and found it excellent (and for me, spiritual) We are back in Haifa this year and would like to do the Jewish focussed tour for the historical interest. Has anybody who isn't Jewish done this? I wouldn't like to offend anybody
Rare Keith1010 Posted June 11, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2012 I'm Jewish and my wife is Catholic. She loved the Jewish Tour as much as I did and when we did the tour of Bethlehem I enjoyed that tour as much as she did. Just as we have visited Mosques and other religious sites that are not part of our own religions we find this all part of what makes travel so very interesting. Fblack Posted June 21, 2012 #4 Share Posted June 21, 2012 As part of the tour you will visit the Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem. It's something to see regardless of ones religion. The Children's Memorial is especially moving. It is nearly pitch dark and you have to feel your way through it.
banness Posted June 25, 2012 #5 Share Posted June 25, 2012 We did one day for Jewish sites and one day for Christian sites. Bothe days were awesome!
