Hiking in Juneau, Sitka or Ketchikan??

We'll be in Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan in mid June and I was wondering if anybody had some advise for any good hiking trails that are close to the port. I'm looking for something that can be done in 2 or 3 hours.

Juneau - trail at Mendenhall Glacier (east loop), west loop (not at visitor center) or hiking from the tram.

Plenty of trails to consider. Request each port's visitor guide. In Ketchikan there is the Deer Mt. trail walkable from downtown. Mt. Roberts from Juneau, East Loop at Mendenhall as mentioned.
