crowpro Posted June 18, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 18, 2012 How do you handle the gratuities on a back to back cruise. When do you tip? At the end of the cruise or at end of each segment.
orchestrapal Posted June 18, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2012 Normally at the end of each segment!;)
Kissing Seahorses Posted June 18, 2012 #3 Share Posted June 18, 2012 I agree with Orchestrapal, we have found that often personnel are leave or reassigned between segments, best to take care of these folks at the end of each segment. I believe the prepaid gratuities are handled this way.
wripro Posted June 18, 2012 #4 Share Posted June 18, 2012 Gratuities are added to your account. I assume that you are asking about extra tips.

cruisecountess Posted June 18, 2012 #6 Share Posted June 18, 2012 We have only done two B2b's but both times tipped after each segment. Even when we were assured that our stewards would be the same, we wanted them to know that we appreciated them. We also felt that if they had any time to go ashore during the second cruise segment, they might have need for some extra cash. Harriet
