Embarkation - what time is too late?

I'm sailing the Glory on 5/21 staying in Port Canaveral two nights before. While I am excited for the cruise I would like to go to the beach for a few hours in the morning and perhaps avoid the lines. I was thinking of getting to the port around 2:00 - would that be cutting it too close?

Try 3:45 (no shuttles at the airport) ... now that was "fun" :(
