3rd person in spa room..will it be hard to get the 3rd pass?

I know some things are sold out before a cruise from people doing a B2B. There will be 3 of us in the spa room and we will have 2 passes but not the 3rd. We are planning on going straight to the spa as soon as we board to get the 3rd pass. What are the chances that we will be able to get it? It will not be fun if only 2 of us get the passes. We are 3 women going so we will all want to do the spa, that is one of the reasons we booked this room. Have others been able to get the passes and what time did you go in order to get it?

Its not hard to get the whole week pass.. .. but the daily pass can be harder to get if a lot of weekly passes sold. Some people only want to pay for sea days, not every day, and pay by the day.
