Early September Coral Princess to Alaska

:cool: Hi folks, am off on first cruise to Alaska - please can anyone answer me a couple of queries - be really grateful thanks!

1. In early September, will there be much snow around?

2. Want to go whalewatching, if I don't book it through Princess presumably will be able to book something on the day when we get to the shore visits?

Don't know what you are really asking?? But the only snow will be high up in the mountains. And likely no availability for any day of booking whale watching. If this is a priority - you need to book this in advance. With over 10,000 passengers unloading in Juneau most days. Very slim pickings on tours at the dock.
