Breeze or Dream?

Recommended Posts

Trying to decide whether to do another Dream or try the Breeze this time. Port Canaveral is easy to get in and out of, but I am concerned about Miami. How simple is the embarkation, parking vs getting a taxi from the hotel? And is the Breeze that much different than the Dream? I should note that we will be driving an additional 4 hours one way to get to Miami. Loved the Dream, but not sure about the Breeze. Anyone with any experience from the Breeze or with the POM? Thanks in advance. CC members are always so knowledgeable. :)

People I know who did Dream and Magic.. Magic won by a landslide, and has three things, not on Dream. Dream has all those issues with ventilation, that got fixed on Magic and Breeze.

I know Magic has the Red Frog Pub, with the $3.33 entrees, not Dream.

magic has the rope course, not Dream.

Magic has the Italian dinner for $12 .. not Dream

I dont know what extras Breeze had .. but I think Dream was such a huge dissapointment to many, that Carnival had to step up its game.

They also finally got mostly rid of that wierd decorator with Magic and totally rid of him for Breeze, and Magic is gorgeous and I would think so is Breeze.

I went out of Miami and we went the night before of course (I even go the night before when it just Galveston, why take a chance on a flat tire?).. I got Intercontinental thru lastminute for $87 .. but there are deals near the airport where you can get parking and free shuttle to the port of Miami.

Its a beautiful port to leave from.
