Paris to Normandy weather

Friends and I are leaving for Paris tomorrow to begin our Paris-Normandy trip. I've been reading the weather and it looks like it will be cool and a bit rainy.

 

If anyone has recently returned, can you let me know what kind of weather you experienced?

I am not sure how weather someone else experienced has anything to do with the weather when you are there; weather constantly changes.

 

Just returned from Paris. The first couple days were mild and sunny, when we left it was warmer, but starting to cloud up, and the weather report shows a high probability of rain through Sunday.

The weather this summer in the northwestern part of France has not been nice at all (and still isn't nice). Weather forecast for Normandy for the upcoming week-end is pretty similar to what we've had the past few weeks : rather cool (around 18°C / 65°F) and with good chances of showers (maybe thunderstorm, if you are lucky). :(

Don't forget a windproof and waterproof jacket...
