doberlady Posted July 13, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2012 I am trying to put together some kind of itinerary for our Star sail this Sunday. Can someone post what is in each area Hamilton Kings Wharf St. George Looking to do Horseshoe Bay Beach, Swizzle Inn, Tabacco Bay and shopping. I am not sure where each place is. Looking for the easiest way to get to each town. Will have my parents with us. Not so "elderly" but they are not going to want to walk a mile in the heat. Want to avoid too many taxi's as we will need 2 I guess for the 7 of us. Will use them for short rides if possible. Thanks in advance!!

I think this printable map may be of some help; 3 on your list (Horseshoe Bay Beach, Swizzle Inn, Tabacco Bay) are on the map. BTW, King's Wharf is the dock where the cruise ship ties up, the area that KW is located in is called the Dockyard. Here is a link for what is at the Dockyard. SailBadtheSinner Posted July 13, 2012 #8 Share Posted July 13, 2012 well I did google and didn't really find what I was looking for. Would like to know where to grab a bite to each in each town, tried and true info. Things of that nature. iheartbda-yes. exactly. A short lesson on Bermuda. Hamilton is a city; St George is a town. If you are in St George, you could eat at the White Horse Tavern; If you are in Hamilton, you could eat at the Hog Penny Pub; If you are in at the Dockyard (or King's Wharf), you could eat at the Frog & Onion Pub. There are other places to eat, but these come quickly to mind. Not include in the list is the Swizzle Inn. The original SI is located about half way between Hamilton and SG. The new SI is located close to Horseshoe Bay. Both are identified on the map I mentioned in my first post, SBtS
