Need cabin advice for R & S-class ships

We love the Category K and J large insides onboard the Vista and Signature class ships on HAL. The extra space is wonderful and the Main deck location is our favorite. Am now considering cruises on both R and S-class ships and was wondering which inside cabin categories/deck locations are comparable to the Js and Ks on the larger ships. Have looked at the deck plans and it seems some of the Cat M "large insides" face sideways, are those the larger cabins? Thanks in advance - any advice is greatly appreciated.

The S- & R-class ships are different from the Vista & Signature ships in that the "large" insides are all larger than most of the "large" cabins on the large ships.

The S- & R-insides are almost all the same, no matter where located, and what the category is.

There are a few "sideways" cabins, and they are somewhat larger still. I love them, and have been in them several times on most of these ships.

There are a few things to keep in mind about them, though:

First, there is no curtain to close off the bed area. If someone is coming/going while the other is in there, it's best to give warning before opening the cabin door.

Second, the door to the bathroom opens directly to the sleeping area, so at night the light will shine into the room.

Third, if the beds are separated, it's very hard to open the drawers at the foot of the beds. One bumps up against the side of the desk, while the other bumps against the side of the couch.

Oh, and you can't see the TV from the beds; only the couch.
