Escargot Question

There was a thread earlier this year (or even last) which asked for recipes) for escargot they serve on the ship.

It might have been the rccl boards or carnival, but either way the wonderful search engine has yet to find it.

The recipe used garlic butter, white wine, Parmesan cheese and, of course, snails.

Since we live between Dripping Springs, TN and Muddy Pond, TN, (and just South of Hanging Limb),snails aren't exactly stocked at the local grocery store.

I now have a source for snails, and have purchased a cute little pan wiith the tiny holes in it, but can't find a recipe.

Anybody?

;)
