luvmy2kids Posted July 26, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 26, 2012 I've read about submitting this form to Carnival by fax, but I only see the form on Carnival's website to fill out and submit electronically. Did I do this wrong?
bwg03 Posted July 26, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 26, 2012 IT may have been how it use to be. I just submitted it online and heard back in 3 days. Good Luck!
bajangoddess82 Posted July 26, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 26, 2012 Yeah electronically sending in the form is the way to go now. I usually receive my reduction 2 days after. Super quick!
firefly333 Posted July 26, 2012 #4 Share Posted July 26, 2012 Ive never read this was ever submitted by fax.. you might have it confused with for instance the stock OBC request which can be faxed. This has never ever been a faxed form.

wezie Posted July 27, 2012 #6 Share Posted July 27, 2012 Do you see the OBC anywhere on the carnival website or do you have to wait til you get on board?
bwg03 Posted July 27, 2012 #7 Share Posted July 27, 2012 Do you see the OBC anywhere on the carnival website or do you have to wait til you get on board? I went through it today and didn't find it after numerous tips. I then emailed carnival back to get it in writing for backup
Ms. Fun Bunch Posted July 27, 2012 #8 Share Posted July 27, 2012 I have submitted the form 6 times for 5 cabins on the Cruise to Nowhere in October and the only thing I keep receiving is an email back saying the forms have been received. I have called Carnival 3 times and was told they are very behind and I should be hearing something from them any day now. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have copies of each request I emailed.
