Tampa Hotels

Hi we are sailing on the Jewel of the Sea's in January. Can anyone recommend hotels that are close to the cruise treminal in Tampa.

Marriott Waterside, Embassy Suites or Hyatt downtown. If you type in 'Tampa Hotels' in the handy 'search' feature at the top of this page, you will find a TON of information on hotels near the port. Good luck.

I was wondering the same thing, we cruise in February with 2 children.

Family get together on her in Dec. & we are all staying at the Hampton Inn in Ybor City, handy to shop, eat & stuff if you get in early & free shuttle to the ship

Hotel very near the port- www.downtowntampahotels.com

The Marriott Waterside is the closest hotel to the port. 2 long city blocks.

Also check out cruise and park packages from hotels in the Tampa area. A bit further from the port, but the hotel prices go down and you don't have to pay for parking. We are doing the Holiday Inn Express at Rocky Point, restaurants are in walking distance,the car stays parked in a secure area and they pick you up after the cruise.
