adonia for 86 days in Jan.around Sth America

thinking of booking a long cruise around South America with P and O on the Adonia,in January 2013.What do you think,will we be bored? have done a 6 week cruise on Marco Polo up the Amazon,which we enjoyed very much,just joined in all the silly games and had a great time.:confused:

That's a tough one since it all depends on how much entertainment you want/need. Adonia only has the one showlounge so it can be a bit restrictive in that respect. But she has a huge library, excellent crew/food and if you are happy chatting to others, doing quizzes, sitting on deck, reading, table tennis, quoits and shuffleboard etc, then you should be fine - plus I expect there is plenty to look at too. The resident dance company do abridged plays as well, and the crew put on a wonderfully funny "radio" play.

As Sharon says, a tough one.

 

Adonia is a lovely ship and an excellent crew, but if you want to be entertained then give it a miss.

 

It has the best library I have ever seen on a ship, so if it's reading you want then you wont de disappointed.
