On Oasis and Allure you need a 01 or 02 in the email address since there are 2 concierges on each ship
i.e
[EMAIL="OA_Concierge1@rccl.com"]OA_Concierge01@rccl.com[/EMAIL] [COLOR=Blue][U]
[EMAIL="OA_Concierge02@rccl.com"]OA_Concierge02@rccl.com[/EMAIL][/U][/COLOR]

Yes, an underscore between OA and Concierge
