Jewel Class Ships...Penthouse with Large Balcony

I'm looking into the Gem and have previously only taken regular balcony cabins but am looking to swing for a penthouse. Does the queen bed separate as this is a gift to Mom and it would be the 2 of us in the room. Thanks

No the aft facing penthouse the beds do not separate.

They might be King wide........but they are sure not King long.
