Wyndham Palm-Aire Resort Pompano Beach, Florida

Has anyone stayed there before and how far is it from Port Everglades?

never stayed there...and probably 20-30 minutes

 

seems to be condo-style...likely a time share.....the reviews are not bad.....but i am not a fan of Wyndham as a rule.....seems that when they do things well..they are awesome but when they fall short, they fail miserably...no happy medium....

It's about 12 miles from the port.

Yes, it is a Wyndham Timeshare. Haven't stayed at the Palmaire, but have been to the 3 sister resorts located nearer the beach and all 3 are nice. There is a beach shuttle from Palmaire to the sister properties nearer/on the beach. We stay at Wyndham Sea Gardens in studio units which are located directly on the beach (will do so again before sailing Oasis in Sept.) It's very convenient to Port.

Palmaire and Sea Gardens are often on skyauction dot com either for auction or just rental.
