iflyrc5 Posted August 10, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2012 We will be arriving in Key West on the HAL Ryndam on 11 Feb 13 from 1-6pm. From the Key West site we will be the only ship in that day and docking at the "M" pier what ever that is. This is our first time to Key West either by land or sea. What I am wanting to know is how far is it from the pier to the center of the historic area and is there a shuttle? We enjoy walking and a couple of miles is not a problem. Any info is appreciated. bhopal21 Posted August 10, 2012 #2 Share Posted August 10, 2012 You could not be any closer. Your ship will dock at Mallory Square which is literally at the foot of Duval Street, the main tourist venue in Key West. Duval Street is about a mile and a quarter long so you will have an easy stroll. Have a great visit! Mike:)

I recommend taking the hop on/hop off trolley.......we rode the whole loop and then stayed on and got on and off at the points we wanted to see. Definately best way to see things!!! Rare Keith1010 Posted August 10, 2012 #4 Share Posted August 10, 2012 I also agree that since this is your first visit I would take the hop on/hop off trolley. Keith
