muffin83 Posted August 11, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 11, 2012 My sister and I are going on a cruise together along with my husband and daughter. We are in different cabins but I linked her to my sign and sail account. She doesn't have a credit card, so we decided to put her on our account. I am currently debating if I should just have her do a cash account or link hers to her debit card. My question is If we change our mind and want to change it can we do that on broad? Or do we need to decide before we go?
Bases5 Posted August 11, 2012 #2 Share Posted August 11, 2012 You can change it at any time before or after you board.
Rare maxandmolly Posted August 11, 2012 #3 Share Posted August 11, 2012 You can change it at any time before or after you board. I've also heard negative stories about using debit cards. I'm dude someone will chime in with specifics. I did cash for my S&S and it worked out just fine.
chipq Posted August 11, 2012 #4 Share Posted August 11, 2012 I have never tied a debit card to my S&S card but recall reading on this board about the amount of the hold placed and issues with the time it takes one's bank to finally release the hold after the cruise. http://luv2cruise.blogspot.com
