Jenn31708 Posted August 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2012 Are there actual mini fridges in the rooms on Explorer or are they the usual hotel room ones, like with the slots for the mini bar items (like water and soda). Am I making any sense??

I did see some of the slot type fridges on Rhapsody last June, but I don't think they are like that fleet wide. The fridges are usually filled with extra cost items like soda and water. debshomespun Posted August 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2012 They are more of a "cooler" than a fridge. You can have your room steward take everything out if you want to use it for your own things.
cb at sea Posted August 16, 2012 #5 Share Posted August 16, 2012 Unless something has changed, they are "dorm-style" cubes....usually inside a cabinet....if you can keep the cabinet door ajar for air-flow, they cool just fine!
