Personal Vacation Planner. It is an employee of Carnival who assists in booking cruises. Once you book with a PVP, my understanding is that they are "your" PVP. We have had excellent service from ours and have used her for several cruises.

I prefer my PVP over a TA. Other people prefer their TA over a PVP. All depends on personal choice. Once I started answering questions better than my TA, I knew it was time for me to move on... lol.
